这个。。定语从句修饰farmers，farmers在原句中做宾语，所以定语从句修饰做宾语，可以省略，，应该是这个意思吧。。。你说的修饰主语应该是这样吧：farmers that ~~~ are ~~~这样应该是修饰主语。。
