看了OG解答，就是还是不明白C为啥对呢？
这个属于事实原因类。
方法，肯定事实，否定原因
本题事实：私家车少了，公车多了，不堵车了。
原因：市长的战略。
所以需要一个新的原因来解释，答案就是C。。但是!!!这个C说的线路少了作为原因解释坐公交的人多了不堵车了。这个逻辑？？线路少人们不一定会做公交呀，也有可能自驾车。
求各位解释一下这个C的详细推理过程。
