MBA中没有这个TEC，我猜貌似属于EMBA中短期培训项目吧。现在北京、伦敦、巴黎、纽约等地开设GLOBAL CLASS。（听说最近刚刚跟国家发改委签订了个国企高管在清华大学的长期培训项目）

Hi Felix, 关于这个TEC，我在前几年HEC MBA在读学生的Blog上看到过，是一个coaching program。
具体来讲，从每届学生当中选12男12女，找法国各企业top executive来定期指导他们人生规划、职业发展，提供一对一咨询和建议。
似乎是这样的，学校brochure也有提到。你所在的Jan intake没有这个program么？会不会只针对Sep intakers？还是最近取消了？

The Executive Committee (TEC) On-Campus Program is one of the most rewarding and applicable career development experiences offered to HEC MBA participants. Its purpose is to help guide participants in your career, business and personal life issues. Introduced to HEC MBA by Gary Brinderson in 2003, TEC is open to 12 selected participants. The program requires six group meetings and up to six one-to-one meetings with the chairman, Bernard Bismuth. The program is designed to assist participants in defining their personal and professional growth objectives. The TEC On-Campus Program is the student version of the executive development TEC Program, which has provided business leadership to over 14,000 CEO members worldwide since its inception in 1968.

对了，想问一下Felix，学校有没有汇总的student profile？做成类似于program brochure这样的小册子，方便了解大多数在读学生的背景资料，国籍、pre-MBA行业、工作年限等等。
网站上似乎找不到，不知内网有没有？

LS你好：说机会肯定是有的，只是相比前几轮要小。

因为前几轮录取的人（可能与你背景相似）占据了某个profile/background比例，但是你有足够理由differentiate urself, it's worth a try!

另外，法国学生总体比例不超过20%，应该都是均匀分布的。
