我选D。可是答案选C。OG的解释好像也不是很对，想听听各位的想法。

Merton County赚40K以上的比例比较高，但是Sommer County 赚60K的比例却高，说明M郡赚40－60K之间的比例一定很高咯，所以选C

A根据目前条件无法预测的
B只在比M和S郡，不知道其他郡的情况，没法说是第二
C不完美，但是是最佳答案
D比率和数量完全是两码事。因为不知道住在M和S郡的人数，所以无法推测。比率高不一定人数就高，因为没有基数。
E无法得出此结论

谢谢，我又想了一下。
我觉得即使根据条件也推不出 M郡赚40－60K之间的比例一定很高。
而且D选项和比率及数量也没有太大关系。因为从题干中无法推出S郡40K-60K之间的人数。
C还靠点谱。
