关于“with引导的独立主格的问题” 嗯 麻烦大牛们啦

独立主格表示的是一种伴随状态对不 with引导的独立主格和主语之间有比较紧密的逻辑关系 这个逻辑关系怎么理解？是不是说主语是这个with 引导的独立成分的逻辑主语？但with引导的独立主格的形式不是n.+adj./分词/介词短语么，其中应该只有分词能包含动作吧 剩下的两种情况怎么理解这种逻辑关系？
另外限制性定语和非限制性定语的在内涵上的区别就是他们和先行词的关系密切不密切，怎么理解这个密切不密切啊？

嗯 碰到一个例题：

其中D选项with its sales in creasing dramatically的逻辑主语在语法上应该是the restaurant company's sales，但在逻辑上应该是the restaurant company，怎么理解这个逻辑主语和with its sales increasing dramatically之间的逻辑关系呢？
