本题说，燃油器的价格等于购买公司在其使用的两年中，比原来节省的钱，对吧？这样的话岂不油价越高卖燃油器的公司越好，怎么会disadvantage呢？假设购买这个新燃油器之前，某公司用油100吨，每吨油价100元；用了燃油器以后用油只要80吨，油价还是100，这样就节省了2000元；现在油价涨到120，那目标公司就节省了2400元成本啊。HOTCO岂不更赚？

.....不是的啦 就比方你打的那个假设好了 the total amount the asphalt plant actually paid 就表示已经花了的钱 就是某公司用油100吨，每吨油价100元， A steady increase in the price of oil 是将来的油价，与已经花费的油价没有关系，所以将来油价上涨只能使得成本差变小。。。
