问几个关于IC con offer的问题

先报一下，con offer Imperial College London, Msc Finance
有几个问题请教一下大家：
1、关于学士学位
下面是offer的condition

This offer of admission is subject to the conditions set out below:

Original evidence of official degree award level - see below Official confirmation of the award of Bachelor's degree with an overall average of 85% or better to be confirmed by the original university transcript AND a translation attested by your University once your degree result is confirmed. Satisfy the Business School's English Language Requirement You must satisfy the English language requirement: a scanned copy of your original certificate must be seen confirming a pass in the Academic IELTS test with a minimum overall score of 7, with 6.5 in writing and 6.5 in speaking, or a pass in the TOEFL internet based test with a minimum overall score of 100 with 24 in the written element and 24 in the speaking element. Alternatively an original certificate confirming a GCSE English Language at grade B or better must be seen. 这个overall average of 85% or better 是什么意思啊？是说毕业时候的平均分要在85分以上吗？ 2、关于答复时间 下面是答复时间的内容

You can accept or decline this offer of admission by clicking on the 'Respond' link in the Action column on the Applications tab. You must respond to this offer within 28 days of the date of offer unless advised otherwise by your department or if the offer has been issued within 14 days of the start of term when you must respond immediately.
为什么回答时间会这么短啊？才28天，申请的好多学校都还没出结果。这个是accept了就不能拒了的吧，有啥办法可以缓一缓的没？

觉得答复时间就是交押金的时间吧。。
BTW, LZ是什么时候submit的，什么时候收到con offer的？焦急等待中。。
报一下背景吧~

accept了照样拒，就当是送个红包给IC，不过最好别默拒，损RP，要告诉学校好让WL的童鞋有机会
LZ就淡定吧，这条件，要是我我直接不要IC的offer了

lz的状态什么时候变的？我拿了con offer但是毫无变化啊。。。lz这样的背景拿ic保底不错，直接告诉他你在等其他学校的offer,要延长，够霸气。
How long do I have to respond to an offer?

You should respond to your offer online within 28 days of the full conditions being available in e-service.

我是昨天查的时候变得，大概十号提交的吧。

有朋友懂那个85%是怎么回事吗？

85%就是指完成全部本科学业时的平均分， 85 per cent的意思，就是以100为计分制下，你取得85分以上。

我想问一下啊 我收到了Congratulations 的邮件，但是这封邮件里面并没有提到con的条件。请问LZ，你这些条件是在后来发的邮件当中提到的，还是你去 student eservice 查到的呢？
我刚去查了 student eservice 为什么里面我的状态还是under consideration 呢？好慌啊
