percentage increase in p/e ratio = 100% * {[(100+k)/(100+m)] * [p/e] - [p/e]} / [p/e]
                                                 = 100%* [(100+k)/(100+m) - 1]
                                                 = 100% * [(k-m)/(100+m)]
