我选D，答案为E，我也觉得自己没错。

1 D缺乏cheese是得病的原因。即便不是削弱，至少也是无关。A，重复了原题结论，有加强效果。

2 D的关键是because he中的he，应该与主语的he一致Milton，而不是指代Ernesto。于原文说的正好翻了。
E 语法上讲,which指代前面整句话，也是不行的呀（xdf理论上）。逻辑上讲，这个Milton说了一件看似有关实则无关的事情来反驳。milton的话和下面这句话异曲同工：“vcr照常会卖，因为太阳从x边出来”。影带和vcr之间的关系没有，这恰巧也是假设题常出的靠垫。

对不起，我还是不明白。
第一题 ，我觉得A是无关项，而D项则指出cheese产品中的缺陷是导致儿童染病的原因。支持文中结论，不吃cheese不得病。
第二题，我觉得D项说的是M没有就E提出的point进行论说。而E项的becuase后给出的原因与题干不相符。
能否再讨论一下？

1 deficiency我理解不是缺陷，而是缺少，即人们吃cheese太少，容易得病。

2 这题好像没想象中的容易。
D和E的区别，在于Ernesto的point/issue。
D表明，其issue是“vcr是否与films等相关”。
E表明，其issue是“是否有什么东西与vcr销售有关”。
我个人理解，ernesto的话，并没有暗示vcr与films等leisure-related products相关。即：d没有抓住ernesto的逻辑要点。所以在d和e之间，我还是倾向于E。
