However, we are unable to update paper credentials in the online application or respond to email queries on the status of mailed credentials. As we continue to review applications, we will certainly notify you if you are missing any credentials needed to complete your file for review. Uploaded unofficial transcripts and self reported score reports (you do not need to upload/send an unofficial copy) are all we need at this time to complete an application for review. We only need official credentials if you are admitted and decide to attend the program. Please note, all international applicants must complete the Affidavit of Support form (attached below) and provide proof of funds such as a statement of deposit in order to complete your application for review. If you have not already submitted the Affidavit of Support form, please complete the attached form, print it, and sign it. Then, scan the form and your certificate of deposit into one file and email it to kenos@tulane.edu or fax it to 504-865-6770. We will upload it into your online application. lease submit the form as soon as possible, but no later than December 1, 2010 to be considered complete for review with Round One applicants. All complete Round One applicants will be notified of their final admission decision on January 5, 2011.
