C项的情况可能就算成立，也不一定能达到保护野花的程度。再说如果C成立，本来野花就没有被破坏，那个杂志社干嘛还费劲改变呢？
E项让措施没有达到目的（保护野花），因此削弱了结论。这个题的措施目的不是很直接，一般题目都是最直接的目的达不到就行了。

E项，出售珍稀植物的收益可以用来支持对珍稀物种的低成本培育的研究，那就可以不用防止消费者购买珍稀植物了。
