This kind of recycling is unnecessary, however, since the newspaper maintains its own forests to ensure an uninterrupted supply of paper.”

Discuss how well reasoned... etc.

这种类型的题可以从“可疑调查”的角度写么？就是论证它的出处没有详细信息，所以不能作为fact去支持conclusion.

You could also look at this statement from other angles, such as, is it cost effective to recycle papers or to maintain the forest, would it hurt the reputatiion of the newspaper among its subscribers as nonsensitive to eco-system, would those saved tree be used in other potentially more profitable purposes.
