word has it that the HUB interviewer should be more experienced, but it's likely a packed schedule, which leaves little room for extra time... Alum, on the other hand, could be a double edged sword, I've heard of stories where the interviewee makes a great connection with the alum and ends up talking for an hour or more and ones where the connection is not as good...
