Which interview option to take? HUB or Alumni? What are the considerations?

word has it that the HUB interviewer should be more experienced, but it's likely a packed schedule, which leaves little room for extra time... Alum, on the other hand, could be a double edged sword, I've heard of stories where the interviewee makes a great connection with the alum and ends up talking for an hour or more and ones where the connection is not as good...

My question is which alum to choose, younger or older?
