There is no difference in who you choose to interview with. In fact, with the new behavioural interview, we are probing more closely at how and why you did things in the past- and moving away from questions like 'do you like this guy' (which is almost impossibly subjective, and extremely inaccurate, given you only have 30 minutes together).
Also, the fact that some interviewers get irritated that their opinions are not followed exactly, should be further proof to all that the application is taken holistically, and not a matter of a single factor being more important than any other factor.
