答案C        我觉得B更说的同一些。。。。为什么啊！！！！

B答案中的some 没有C中的many更削弱。  且以前这个州就规定最低为5元，说明some 这些公司以前就违法了（Some firms in Kirlandia have paid workers considerably less than KD5.00 per hour，因为他们以前就给低于5元的工资），所以不能说明保证新的法律遏制他们不违法。
而c答案，实习生的价格提高了，自然正式员工的工资也要涨了。所以涨的更普遍了，所以会inflation，而且这里用了many 这个词。

要说明的是对对大部分工资其实是有影响的--C说增加到5.5，那么很多公司其实都要增加，因为他们原本高出的很多，比如KD1，只剩KD0.5
B的话起不到weaken的作用啊，原本不达到的，提升到5.5还是不达到
