刚刚submit完……Simon的审材料到底是什么机制？

We are pleased to receive your on-line application to the Simon Graduate School of Business Administration. We ask that you allow 15 business days for your application to be processed. After that time, you may check your application status online to determine if all materials have been received by our office. Please also be aware that Admission decisions are no longer e-mailed to applicants.

Please log-in to your ApplyYourself account regularly to check your status as decisions will only be posted online. Admission decisions are posted online on a rolling basis with notification guaranteed depending on the deadline when your application was received and completed.

这是他们的确认邮件，本来觉得再DL前提交就好了，这邮件把我弄糊涂了，要15个工作日后才能看是否材料全齐，那是不是大家都30后以后才开始审呢? 还有后面那段高亮的是神马意思…望各位指教…谢谢！

Applicants who have submitted a complete application by, or before, October 15th are guaranteed a decision by January 15, 2011.

有个东西叫国际日期变更线 我们这边快一天~~~我一不淡定就默念这句话><不过还是尽早的好...系统崩溃了我也要崩溃的...

最最糟糕的是，我还欠了人家125美金……555为啥不能用Amex支付啊

是不是只要submit了所有材料，交了申请费就算complete了吧？
