我是从后往前倒推得  题干部分有些不明白  

GWD-3-Q20:

Shipping Clerk:The five specially ordered shipments sent out last week were sent out （这两个sent out 分别指什么？）on Thursday.Last week, all of the shipments that were sent out on Friday consisted entirely of building supplies, and the shipping department then closed for the weekend.Four shipments were sent to Truax Construction last week, only three of which consisted of building supplies.

还有麻烦指出这个逻辑简图  里面的这个星期几  让我很混乱

1、上周发出的5个SO shipments是在周四发出的；
2、上周五发出的shipments都是建筑材料，之后都没有再发东西
3、上周发往TC的4个shipments中，只有3个是建筑材料；

由3只能得知，至少有1个shipment不是在周五发出，因为周五发出的都是建筑材料；而由2得知，那一个肯定在周五之前发出，因为周五之后关门了。
但又不能确定说有3个是在周五发出的，因为题目只说了周五发出的都是材料，没说之前发出的不能是材料。

很清晰， 但是真正在考试的时候遇到这样的题， 我怎么做？

根本不用画图什么的  你就想 礼拜5发出的全部是 BUILDING MATERIAL的，   然后题目说4个里面只有3个 只BUILDING MATERIAL的，， 那有一包裹里的就不是咯BUILDING MATERIAL咯，，，那既然礼拜5发的全部是BM，，，那肯定就是礼拜5前发的嘛。
