Rose1100xu,

1. to call China from U.S. eople needs to dial: 011-86-abc

011：for any international call;

86：The country code for P.R. China.

2. If it is a cel. phone, usually, there is no area code before the number. Basically, it is good enough to put "86-139xyz.."

3. If it is a home phone, ususally, there is an ared code before the number. In your example, 10 stands for BJ area. So that, you need write out your phone number as : 86-10-66668888.
