Hi there ! Yes, It would be my pleasure to help you. Let me try to keep my advice nice and simple for you. Two easy points, so you wont get confused by me, like you have your other consultant! It is always better to submit a GREAT application in Round 2 than a DECENT application in Round 1. I don’t care where you are from, or what your GMAT score is. A great application is always better than a DECENT one—even a GOOD one.   eriod. If you don’t have a clear career goal, do NOT submit your application. I don’t care what round, I don’t care what school. Make sense? Take a bit longer, and do a GREAT job. With a TOEFL of 101, you are going to be a bit low for top ten schools. If I were in your shoes, I would take one more year, get some great experience, study your English, retake the TOEFL, and given your AMAZING GMAT score, you WILL be good enough to get in! But as of right now, with your career goals in question especially, you should NOT submit an app. I am sorry that this is not more optimistic news, but I am very honest—and I will always tell everyone the truth. The truth is that next year, with a higher TOEFL, better experience, and clearer career goals, you could get into HBS! Hope this helps,
