这是一个老问题了，但至今尚无定论呀。Brandeis的第一篇essay:
What international/cross-cultural experiences will you bring to Brandeis International Business School and how will this contribute to the classroom?
1如何理解international/cross-cultural experiences? case1:是说申请人所自己经历过的跨国交流、国际经验，例如国际交换生，国外实习及工作经历。case2:是说申请人现对于Brandeis本身来说已经是international了，只要写出自己独特的经历和故事就已经算是对于Brandeis的international experiences了。
2 contribution....这是一个纠结的问题，同志们能够提供些建议吗？

Hello my friend!  So here, you want to talk about as many international experiences as you can possibly talk about.  So whether you travelled a lot through work, through personal travel, even managing a team abroad while you stayed in China—all of these things should be written about!  Make it clear that you are VERY comfortable working in such international settings, citing as many powerful examples as possible.

Then, how did your understanding of international customs help the situation?  For example, if you came to the US and you saw that somebody didn’t understand how to do business with your Chinese colleagues, you can explain how you HELPED them to understand.
