我觉得这道题的B实在有点无法说服我自己。
这个prolong illness 是否可以理解为，让病好不了。
因为阿司匹林退了烧，使fighting没有了，自然病就好不了了。。。

我理解的是 文章给出两个事实：
1. 阿司匹林抑制发热
2.发热又有利于抵抗疾病

那么把这两个逻辑关系连起来就是 ：阿司匹林抑制了抵抗疾病
这个是题目most strongly support的conclusion

至于阿司匹林是怎么抑制白细胞的不是这两个事实推出的“结论”
而是一种分析，猜测

那么B选项中的prolong a patient's illness 这个是怎么从题干中得到的啊？
题目中只是说了aspirin eliminate moderate fever, moderate fever stimulates the activity of white blood cells and inhibits the growth of disease-causing bacteria
并不能从中aspirin要延长illness啊·

很简单：aspirin 导致disease-fighting white blood cells 少了，the growth of many strains of disease-causing bacteria多了，因此疾病就康复就难了，因此 prolong the illness

1、医生不建议使用阿司匹林来消除与一些疾病相联系的fever
2、fever能够促进抗病的白细胞并且抑制某些细菌
结论：
B选项：aspirin能够抑制fever对这些疾病产生的好处从而延长了这些疾病（将两者联系了起来）；
C选项：也联系了两者，说明了医生不建议的原因，C的结论是不确定的，也可能是其他原因。

我觉得B选项，some diseases 是apirin所不能杀除的，只有轻微的fever所带来的 active white blood cells可以消除。
                   用aspirin剥夺了white blood cells 的active的机会。所以从某种程度上来说可以说是延长了其他病的病情。（因为其他病可以让white blood cells 搞好的）
   C选项，文章没有说aspirin对white blood cells  有任何作用，也就是说，aspirin直接的对white blood cells 无影响。

C其实说aspirin 好，有助于则多白细胞，以对抗疾病。B我就看到prolong就困惑了。。。同求解！ 我觉得A好啊，A不是说aspirin 能治病么。文中第一句不就说aspirin能治fever 和其他一些病么

突然有点理解了。对前人可能帮助不大了，但是希望可以帮助后人吧。他说，

M-Fever 自身刺激白细胞增长来抗病毒，同时抑制致病细菌增长。 aspirin可以退烧，但是被建议使用于M-fever退烧功效。Must be true 问题。

B说，使用aspirin退烧后，反而停止了M-fever自身“刺激白细胞增长来抗病毒，同时抑制致病细菌增长”的作用，由此反而只会延长病情。
