What do management consultants do for fun?

Hey, I know a lot of my trader friends just love gambling, this hobby seems to fit very well with thier job. So i am wondering what do management consultants do for fun? If traders love gambling, presumably consultants would enjoy agruming and debating? such as writing to NY Times and debate with Krugman as Jeffery Saches did with one Prof from NYU( though Jeffery Saches is not a consultant in a traditonal sense, i mean he advises the white house for god's sake. Anyhow, just curious, anyone want to share?
