D只是重复了上面的话，就是只有 RDS设备的RAdio才能听到RDS信号的广播

就是说如果以前有人住在覆盖不了的地区，那收听的人就小于拥有那个设备的人，如果那些人都搬到能覆盖的地区了，收听的人就会增加！
