急，Boston College官网上写的deadline怎么前后矛盾啊？

1，在DEADLINE这一项中写的是：

PROGRAM	DEADLINE	NOTIFICATION BY
MSA June	December 1, 2010	February 15, 2011
MSA September*	February 15, 2011	April 15, 2011

*Undergraduate Accounting Majors Only
星号注释是标在九月项目那里的，也就是说本科非会计的学生只能申六月份的项目吧？

2，然而在FAQS这一项中写的却又是：
-I don't have an accounting background.  Can I begin the Program in June?
-No. Only students who majored in accounting as undergraduates may apply for the Summer-Fall Program.  All applicants, with or without an accounting background, may apply for the September enrollment period.
也就是说本科非会计的学生只能申请9月的项目吧？

这是为什么呢？晕了~急求解答
