看了半天。。我的理解如下：

AA说： 通过减少酒在血中含量的标准，social drinkers will be deterred from drinking and driving, resulting in significantly increased highway safety
（言下之意：吓吓他们，让他们不要喝酒了。。喝酒驾驶非常危险啊）

BB说： 你怎么净扯蛋咧？ 现在最危险的是那些超量喝酒的人（超量的定义是指超过当前标准2倍），所以应该增加含量标准。。言下之意，如果喝超量酒才是非常危险(substantial threat)的啊。。

A）  喝酒是否对社会构成极度威胁
C ） （我最初选的）喝超量酒是否会对社会构成威胁。可是明显AA也同意这一点，所以A选项。

原题中的问题，是否问“他们两人共同不承认的”？

感觉这个“A）  喝酒对社会构成极度威胁”选项，应该是双方共同agree的，而不是disagree的呀。

我怎么觉得好像是在问：aa和bb在以下哪个方面意见一致，这个一致的意见就是他们两个都disagree某一个statement。

如果意见不一致，是否应该用类似disagree with each other之类的话？现在鬼子用的是：they would disagree about the truth. 翻成中文：他们不同意这样的事：酒后开车危险。即：他们两个一致不同意，而不是不同意对方的意见。

俺来说两句：这题是问两人观点有什么不一致。A的关键在“social”上 - “social
drinker”是指喝酒走过场的人，不是酒鬼heavy drinker。Steven认为SD有问题，
Miguel认为SD没问题，酒鬼才有问题。所以A是分歧点。
