关键是in fact那一句，它否定了之前讲的那种相关关系，也就是说，作者结论是budget deficit不会导致trade deficit。

A中foreign trade既可以是出口也可以是进口，如果是抑制了出口，那不就有trade deficit了吗？与作者意思相反，错。

B居然攻击了作者的条件，显示是不能被推出的。

C说budget deficit的下降不代表trade deficit下降，符合作者口味

D无关，扯进国家大小的概念

E说有large trade deficit 的国家从来没有large budget deficit, 这是作者结论的逆命题，不符合作者意思。
