Hello there!  It would be my pleasure to offer up some thoughts on your three questions above.  I believe that Sloan would be a very good option for you, especially considering your engineering background.  I would also consider Haas--it is just a bit easier to get into, and VERY focused on innovation (just as you are).  And yes, sadly a 101 on the iBT is not ideal.  Schools will want for that number to be higher for Chinese candidates.  If you were to retake it, do you think you could do much better?  If you think you could raise that score, I would endeavor to try.  That could be very important to schools---increasingly important.
