Hey there--we are happy to offer up some thoughts on your profile.
First of all, you will need to address your GPA in the school's Optional Essay section. Why did you do poorly in school? You will need to address this issue for sure--and very carefully. Since you have done so well on your GMAT, you will need to talk about the GMAT in that optional essay as well. The logic will sound like this. "I did badly in college because of THIS reason and THAT reason. But I have excelled at work, and I did extremely well on my GMAT. So as you can see, I am smart enough." The Optional Essay is one of the hardest things to write on an application--but for you, it will be critical!
Now, lets talk briefly about your work experience. It is true, you have moved around quite a bit. But you can explain this easily--you will simply say that your career goal has always been to join the family business--but before you could join it, you needed some practical experience. Due to a few factors out of your control, you have joined the family business a year or two sooner than you had expected--but now that youre there, you see clearer than ever the need for an MBA.
The key to any application is realistic and logical career goals. And since you have moved around so much, it will be critical to offer some kind of logical, clear ANSWER to the question "why did this person move around so much--is she going to keep moving so much post-MBA?" The best way to answer this question is to simply say that now you have found your family business--so you are DONE moving around. You have found your home and your career goals are now crystal clear. Make sense? That would be our recommendation by far.
Given your GMAT, you are certainly within range at the top ten programs in the US. Harvard, Stanford, and Wharton are always hard to get into--but it would be worth your trying--and in the meanwhile, adding 5 or so additional programs, such as MIT, Haas, Ross, and others a bit lower in the top ten, but that are still great programs.
Hope this helps!
Good luck,
