此乃所谓的架桥题。

补充一句：虽然推出的答案是说"吃罚单的更易超速"，这看起来不合常理(或许倒过来说更合理一点)，但这却合逻辑。

结论是说：安装了的容易超速。但前面只是说安装了（被发现）更容易受罚。
所以GAP是受罚的更容易超速。
可以理解为，被发现超速而被罚的，在超速的所有案例中占有最大的比例，因而在这一部分寻找，更容易找到超速的。

真是只可意会不可言传~~

这题确实纠结，看到出现过很多次鸟。ls关于架桥的概念说的很清楚了。我自己的理解是，装雷达又吃罚单的人属于吃罚单的人这个整体，要证明装雷达的人爱超速需要架设所有吃罚单的人都爱超速
