请教GWD-29-Q17，有点看不懂。

我的想法:

首先ACE应该不对 这道题主要说的是一个decline的变化趋势 所以答案应该也得是一个 [过去四年的] [变化的] 过程才行
A说不变,无论主体是什么,这个不变不是个过程
C说的是比4年前lower了,但是并没有说这四年间的变化过程
E说的是将来,跟过去都不沾边
B D我不太确定　我后来仔细一看又感觉Ｂ对了...
real estate的value decline了, overall figure 就也decline了.(还可以把OF和AV看作等价)
但是用来pay tax的AV的percentage不变,就是说OF的percentage不变.
既然OF在下降 但是其比例不变 那就是说分母也在下降才行,所以我觉得B对...忽略我刚才囧囧有神的D...
不过我实在不太确定 想的方法也是老师之前教的 表述可能不清..见谅...

果真表述的很不清...我重新整理了下主体思路 你看看吧 呵呵如果答案是B 那这个思路应该对 如果不是..我也没辙了...


real estate的value 下降了, overall figure 就也下降了.
根据题中下一句的意思,可以把OF和AV看作等价
题目说:AV的percentage不变,那就是说OF的percentage不变.
既然OF本身在下降 但是它的比例又不, 所以说分母,也就是B里那个总量也得下降才行

这个答案应该是C吧

我写了几个公式，从公式比较好判断percentage的问题

先看A，B两项

Percentage of yearly revenue that comes from money collected in property tax= amount of money collected in property tax/ total money collected from tax （在所有税收中，财产税占得比例=财产税/总的税收收入）

原文中说明了 estate market value降低，tax rate不变，所以从estate中收到的property tax就会降低，公式中财产税就减少，但是由于不能确定分母--总的税收情况，所以不能确定财产税占得比例情况。

C项中the amount of revenue collected from property tax= estate market value* tax rate, tax rate没有变，而estate market value降低，所以the amount of revenue...就会降低。

这个绝对值和相对值的问题太麻烦了！每次在脑子里都转不过来...不过写个公式看看会好一点，不过考试的时候不知道有没有这么镇定……

C，是四年里的事，文章里没提。
D，其它税升高，和 av 有什么关系呢？
E，何必推导出这样一个将来的事件呢？
