我查了帖子，集中在对于B这句话的理解上，
如果B 指的是“因为restriction而导致的比截止日早结束这种情况在许多年前就消失了”，那我就理解这个weaken了

可是，我看不出B是这个意思的！

实在就是说restriction导致了hunting season提前结束，那么现在废除限制，确实就allow the other species to recover. 这不是加强么。。。
