I think that you can clearly sort out the logic links now. One of my concerns is that this type of problem is rarely seen in GMAT. So you might spend too much time linking reasons and results, while in GMAT POE (point of elimination) is the best tool. You might want to do some GMAT problems at the same time, just for the sake of familiarizing yourself with GMAT.

2. The last sentence points out that new therapies help patients-->reach marketplace. Thus B is correct and E is not.

"Only after" and "only if" are used in the same way. Only if (only after) A, then B==>B-->A.

mindfree, thank u for your kind help.

In the past, referining to such induction as inference and must be true, I always depend on intuition rather than any reasoning links and results, making too many mistakes. These days , I resort to CXD about basic reasoning links and results. Consequently , such references do not seem great obstacle to me and I guess I am grasping the basic skills about such questions.

Admittedly, POE is the most useful tool in GMAT, as u said . I will  try to use POE in the exercise later.

BTW, if u type English quicker and it cost u a little time and energy , it is better for u to explain in English, although i have to concentrate on your English explanation. I have understood all your explanation of both question.
