是C么？with有点伴随状语的意思，PREP笔记上也提到过说WITH有表示拥有的意思。

在这句话里面，我个人觉得用with没有用which 直接指代前面那个profits清晰。

因为with也可以是作为状语修饰the results of the company’s cost-cutting measures。

which很明确啦，在GMAT里我记得只能修饰前面一个词的，不存在修饰The results of the company’s cost-cutting measures的歧义了。
