其实用排除法只能选E了，其他的更不靠谱。
我估计是默认为政府提高了养老金后，子女就相应减少了给老人的补贴？这样老人的生活水平永远是维持在 comfortable的水平，而不是超级爽的水平？
不过要推出这种结论，是不是稍微有点过度推断的感觉啊？？？

推测：供给少了，或养老金占老人生活来源的比例极小，即使增加还是不能better off
