我是这么理解的 首先原文有两个观点1.S地区的hotel人数多于H地区的人数，观点2.H的最大的hotel人数比S地区的RA人数要多，并且这两个观点都是对的。题目问的是statement must be in error。  E说RA是S里唯一一个hotel 如果E成立观点1和观点2肯定有一个是错的；B说H地区只有一个hotel比S地区的RA大，不难看出B的结论可以使1、2两个观点同时成立。

恍悟题目的意思：
就是说ST中2个观点都正确，问以下哪个statement是错的，
E，如果RA是S地区唯一的酒店，那么S住酒店的人肯定比H少，则2个观点相矛盾，因而E错误~
