我的理解是：
B说新餐馆的客人都是之前不是老餐馆的，首先这说明老顾客不受影响；然后说有时候B的顾客超过了他能承受的范围，那么这一部分人就回去老餐馆，所以老餐馆的MEAL就增加啦

1，Martin's Cafe开业了
2，Wildflower Inn的利润增加了
解释的话就把这1，2挂上钩就好了，就是找一个因素，由于MC开业导致，并使得2增加。
对于2，在本题中是由顾客量导致的
Wildflower Inn的利润=原有顾客（设x）+新来顾客(设y)

B选项：前半句告诉我们x不变，后半句告诉我们y增加了

W餐厅先开，为什么后开的M餐厅生意暴好所以其他原先没去过W的人现在就会去W了呢。好奇怪的推理。

我猜是这个样子的，那些人本来打算到M去吃饭，但是M没位子了，他们又不想一直饿起等，于是只好就近的到W去将就下。。。。。
