严格按照古典经济学思路来看 所有商品的价格都会一样不会有higher price 的存在

D 是无关的 车班次数没有增加并不能说明乘车的人数没有增加

C 提出它因 开车减少不是因为市长呼吁 而是因为路变得难走了
