这道题BCD，我很快就排除了，然后A 我觉得长的很像正确答案，可是有点想不明白啊。A说那些四十岁以上做着highly creative工作的人中，是否一大部分在入行比正常年龄晚很多。那么如果是，排除是年龄的原因，支持是时间长导致。但是如果不是，怎么支持是年龄的原因呢？因为我觉得A选项针对的对象是四十岁以上who do highly creative工作的人，如果是年龄使得脑子不灵光了，那么四十多岁的时候应该do not do highly creative work啊，这样一来也不能支持第一种解释了。

我想不明白，请大家指教。

这个题的关键是确定到底是年龄到了40就cretivity不行还是入这行15年以上不行，换句话说，到底是年龄还是时间的长短决定了cretivity，所以，只要看在40岁左右的人，但是入此行的时间不到15年的人还是否具有cretivity就行了，如果有，说明是时间的长短影响cretivity，如果没有，那就是年龄问题了，这道题在OG和GWD中都有，并且考了不止一种题型，这题十分经典
