请教达人们，如果拿到合资投行和宝洁的offer 应该去哪一个

合资投行是去做IBD, base 30w不到点；宝洁是做财务，人在上海，两者都要去外地。
目前个人是本科刚毕业一年，未来考虑去读mba, 未来的路还没有想好可能是general management+公司运营或者去做trading，大家可能觉得两个差得很大，但确实没有完全想好。  对于IBD的主要concern是觉得工作强度较大，之前在投行做过实习觉得工作状态不太好而且胃不太好所以有些犹豫。 而财务的话钱确实少了不少，以后读mba担心经济压力会比较大。所以现在还在犹豫，请达人们给我这位年轻人一些建议把。

是的,在宝洁做财务不是很有意义,不要被公司的光环吸引,而要选择你真的能学到东西的地方

P&G是教会大家如何避免失败，现在公司做的很大， 所以都需要流程来保证，势必很多事情会显得“Stupid”， 其实站在公司管理层的角度，这是必须的； 但是站在个人发展角度来说，可能锻炼的场面就没有那么好。不过见仁见智啦。

Not sure if you have made the decision or not. Hope it is not too late to post some comments here.

First of all, my point is: whatever you choose will be great if you could fully leverage the job to enrich yourself.  Following this logic, I would say who you are going to work with on a daily basis matter MUCH MUCH more. Well, this is even more critical for a new joiner. A great boss can get you onboard smoothly and help you find the right path.

Second, I know you have to make a choice, then see which position will help you get the skills you needed for your ultimate career and life goal. Based on your stated goals, I would say P&G makes more sense.

Someone said it is all SAP. I agree.( I have worked in P&G Finance before and then go to a top 3  MBA program. ) Most P&G Finance positions are not acct roles which are more defined as company finance. They work with business people to help make real business decisions. This is exactly what you want!

Last, money is never sth you should worry when you are young. Money will take care of itself at the end of the day!
