The major setback in your background is that you don't have a US degree. It is espeially important when you apply for Mgmt/OB/Stratey/E-ship. English speaking and writing are essential in those deciplines, and the schools can not judge you on those abilities when you don't have a US degree. There is an alternative that may show your english writing skills and research potential: write a paper and submit to a US conference (Note: only US). Your chance of getting in will become much higher if the paper gets accepted. The chance is still high even if the paper gets rejected as your hard work on the paper shows your determination.
