Ｃ看到some of the jobs我就排除了，一般来说，这种模糊词汇一般如果你已经找到一个比较合适的（Ａ）选项，可以排除了。

Ｅ提到suburb，原文未出现，无关。

这题我感觉是一道数学题，“新增数量＊新增平均工资”　和　“失去工作数量＊失去工作的平均工资”　比大小，中间可能引入一个　“年平均工资”　做参照。

这题我原来看到过一个更好的答案，大意是：
新增就业人工资高于失业人的工资。

原文说新new created jobs的avg pay比原有jobs的avg pay要高，但是前提是eliminated的这些jobs的avg pay没有比new created jobs的avg pay更高，才得出avg paycheck getting bigger。D选项确实是起到增强的效果。这题不能只看到新增加的工作机会，也要考虑eliminate的工作。

明显A的范围不对啊，A强调的是过去3年的工资支付超过Mayor Delmont上任之前的，又不知道过去三年是否正是处于Mayor Delmont任期内的情况，时间都没弄准
