NIU Roommate wanted!

Me and my friend are currently looking for a nice roommate. Of course we've already signed a one year three bedroom w/ one bathroom lease starting from Aug. 2010, we only need to pay water, internet, and electricity bills. The monthly rent is $750 total, meaning $250 each. Other fees would run you about $30 per month. The most important thing is its amazing location, 5 minutes walking to business school, making this apartment so popular to b-school students. BTW, almost all accounting students live around this place. There are microwave oven and a 42 inch flatscreen equipped in this apartment.


Me and my buddy are both nice guys and we're both accounting graduate students. If you are looking for a great place to stay while you are here in NIU. This would be your choice.


BTW, one of my friend is looking for a female roommate for her two bedroom apartment.
