我的理解是这样的。加收关税，农民不能获利，因此他们会进城。但城里的职位有限，农民去了以后，unemployment 就会增加。

逻辑最快的提高方法，我亲身试验的啊~~
之前做GWD也是逻辑错一半，后来花了一整天时间，把OG12逻辑部分全部总结完，还有OG12的VERVAL分册，花了两个下午弄完，总结的方法是lawyer的逻辑总结，用找无关信息和无关比较的方法先排除选项，然后再加一些简单的逻辑思维就够了。很多时候，很多题目，无关选项全部排了，就只剩下一个，就是答案了。。。lawyer的方法真的很强大。。。
之后遇到所有逻辑题大概都差不多了。。。

文章中说的是，K国政府加收unprocessed cashews的关税，以便于这种东西不要被销售到国外，而是被销售到国内的加工厂，尽管取消关税可以让农民通过种植这种东西获得利润，但是这样以来会影响到位于城里的加工商，从而让政府降低城市的失业率的努力白费。
这题其实就是ABD都是无关选项，C是无关比较，都可以排除。
E削弱了文章中的观点，说的是如果不降低关税，农民便不能获得利润，他们便会放弃种植没有利润的crops，从而涌进城里，使城里的失业率增加。
