按我的理解是：今年垃圾焚烧将会产生的每货车量焚烧残余灰烬不会比去年焚烧垃圾每货车量焚烧残余灰烬的量多。


但是在语法上来看no  more。。。than。。。是表示两者都不，和。。。一样不，那么按照这个理解的话就是今年和去年焚烧垃圾都不会产生焚烧垃圾灰烬了。。。


想请牛人分析一下，应该怎么理解。

no more than 就是不多于，即--小于等于
