看了lz mm的东东，还是没有太明白，分词是我的老大难

这道og上的题,有个C 选项： for the paychecks of their empoyees ,having been assigned  此选项是错的
这里having 。。。结构也是属于分词吧，那么它是算修饰some government的还是paychecks的？为什么错？

想问下，很多题目会考区分独立主格和同位语，而with独立主格是修饰主谓宾表伴随的，可否理解为主语后的一般是同位语，非独立主格（有 主语+with之嫌）？
