CWRU, Weatherhead SOM

Hello, I was admitted by CWRU this year and would like to know is there anyone also got admission?

CWRU ranked 59th in the 2005 USNews MBA ranking. How do you guys think about CWRU? worth to get a MBA there?

Hi Andy,

Congraduations! CWRU is a good school. I think it is undervalued by current rankning system because of its poor employment record.

I also applied this school, 2nd round. But so far nothing happened.

Did you get interview? and scholarship?

Hello davidzhn, I applied 2nd round too. I had my phone interview at the end of March and got admitted in the early April. no scholarship so far. I wish you good luck!

Hi guys,

I was just informed that I was admitted by CWRU with an annual scholarship of $18,000. I too think it's an undervalued good school in a good location: Celeveland, OH. But I haven't decided to go there yet because I've got to make a selection among other offers.

It's a private school so the yearly expense is higher than that of a public one.

Don't go to a school with a lot of Chinese or India. That's my lesson.

jeeeshen, do you mean there are many Chinese or India students at CWRU's MBA program?

(but I think it is quite common in most of the B-schools, even the top 20 ones)

the MBA program in CWRU is small, around 110 students per year, and 40% are internatoinal students, I think which is not bad.

and i got info. from the school website that its MBA ranks top20 in 2005,and even the organzional behavior is the best of the world. weatherhead.cwru.edu
