根据原文。。说的是biz plan对融资没啥用。。

c说多数拿到投资的人都是有关系的，所以如果没有关系的话就得靠biz plan了。。

e说提供biz plan的人觉得写plan增加成功的信心。。我觉得这跟拿不拿到钱貌似没关系。。

那位同能够帮忙翻译一下“Since, on average, the entrepreneurs without formal plans secured the capital they needed in half the time of those with plans”这句话的意思啊……  in half the time……愣是没有看懂   选了个D好像和争议的A C E都没关系><

这题是这个意思:
一个调查说在去年的创业者中，所有人都有商业计划在脑子里，但只有一半人真花时间真正写出来了。因为那些没真写计划的筹资时间比写了计划的创业者快了一倍，所以计划还不如不写。
C直接撅了此说法 - 不写计划的人是有关系，不用写就知道能筹到钱所以不写。
