furthermore 后面的就是无理的假设了投资者更看重they can enjoy the use of the home ， 实际上未必哦，可以这样反驳，比如很多投资者更看重流动性cash flow， 相比较于股票，房子很难很慢变现。 房子的维护需要消耗精力时间。 很多投资人已经有了房子，再买并不能enjoy the use of the home。 等等等等，有很多理由。
