我选了E。
模考时我先觉得B可以，但是看到E我觉得更好。我的理解是：cigatette品种增加，那么销售量应该更大的。然而尽管品种增加了，销量仍然减少，证明tax对减少销量的影响很大，因而加强了。而B尽管排除了他因，但E更大程度上支持了。
请各位指点我的逻辑哪里出了错~谢谢~

可能就错在这里了。
比如你习惯一天吃3块蛋糕，当蛋糕口味由1种变成3种时，你有可能会3种味道各买一块，而不太会去买9块
