lz忘了贴问题，应该是问assumption吧。关键就是看懂since后面的那部分话。不管urban还是rural的家庭都需要拿部分收入用于food和shelter，但是按作者的意思，就是urban家庭在这方面的费用比rural家庭要高，否则他就没法说some of the income urban households use for food can be used by rural households for other needs了。B直接就是这个意思，不需要推导。
